I have always been wanting to write up my thoughts on the following topics, hope to do so in the near future,
1. Indians as a race. Some thoughts.
2. Does the West suffer from the "Overnight Rich" syndrome?
3. Is "Gora Worship" a quickly spreading disease amongst us Indians?
4. The 2 greatest civilizations on Earth. What can they do to stay the greatest?
5. Why do we Indians behave the way we do?
---------------------------------------------------
Edit: It's 24th of July and I finally found some time and the motivation to go ahead and start writing about the topics I mentioned above. Let me start with topic number 1, "Indians as a race. Some thoughts".

Welcome to Indic Race
Namaste!
Welcome all! I have always believed that people from the sub-continent are a race by themselves. In using the word Race, I do not attach to it the baggage of racism or xenophobia, rather to denote a group of people, who by their culture and civilization form a race just as do the Chinese, the Persians, the Japanese and the Egyptians. I will follow up with an article delving deeper into the concept of the Indian race but in this particular post I wish to articulate my driving force behind creating this blog.
As an Indian, I am a wounded individual just as are many other like minded Indians. Coming from the Indian civilization which enjoyed technical, cultural and military supremacy for much of mankind's history; I am pained to see my people having taken on a Dhimmi status especially when it comes to our view of ourselves and the other races around us. 300 years of foreign barbarian rule by inferior cultures has denigrated our view of ourselves and the world around us. So much so that 300 years of barbarian rule has wiped out the confidence developed over 7000 years of unparalleled technical, cultural and military supremacy. If you feel that my claims on supremacy of the Indian civilization are ill-founded please feel free to read the posts in this blog.
We have reached such a low that cultures that were hunter-gatherers when we were already in our civilizational peak today practise racism against us. To add insult to injury is the fact that these very people who bear hatred towards Indians belong to what I call the "Mutt Cultures"! Cultures with no purity and put together by freak historical events. An immediate example that comes to mind are the Australians and the Pakistanis.
As Indians we are extremely proud to belong to the Indian Civilization and we treasure its culture, religions, traditions, belief systems and above all its democratic way of life! After all, we were the first people in the world to practise democracy. This site is to publish information on the great Indic Race and also closely study and examine other cultures on this planet. And when first contact happens with beings from other planets we will examine theirs as well :-). Again, the benchmark being the Indian civilization!
Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi
